OCD, anxiety, trauma, and phobias can leave you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. When fear and uncertainty start shaping daily life, it’s easy to lose sight of your confidence and sense of self but anxiety does not have to define your story. As a therapist with specialized training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders, I help clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling trapped and support them in learning how to respond differently. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we work collaboratively to build lasting change — not just temporary relief. My approach is both compassionate and empowering. I believe healing happens when you feel supported enough to face what feels hard, while also recognizing your own strength and capacity for growth. Together, we’ll work toward reclaiming your confidence, breaking free from anxiety-driven patterns, and creating a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
